About the team

A large team, led by a partner and an Of-Counsel, supported by 4 Counsels and 5 associates, each able to practise in the various areas of economic law.

This multi-disciplinary view of our subject, combined with in-depth knowledge of our clients’ markets and lines of business, allows us to take a pragmatic approach and to provide advice with higher added value.

This versatility and pragmatism allow us to intervene on behalf of our clients in both day-to-day business and to assist senior executives and their legal departments in strategic issues, offering advice and litigation.

The Nomos Economic Law Team participated in drafting the new edition of Lamy Droit Economique (Economic Law) (Wolters Kluwer), under the scientific direction of Professor Muriel Chagny, professor at the University of Versailles-Saint-Quentin-en-Yvelines.

About the team

Our Corporate/M&A team brings together experienced lawyers with diversified and complementary skills who have acquired in-depth expertise in well-known international business firms.

The team consists of two partners, three associates and a paralegal, all trained to respond effectively and pragmatically to our clients’ requirements and enable them to achieve their goals.

Each transaction is unique, and our partners are always strongly involved in the negotiations and the supervision of the deals. Their knowledge of the markets, players and practices is a significant asset for our clients.

The size of our team and our expertise allow us to offer our clients a high added-value legal service with all the competences, availability and agility required in complex transactions mergers, in both a domesticand cross-border context, and to do so in a positive and “good-vibes-only” atmosphere with strong team spirit.

Intellectual Property / Media / Technologies

About the team

We believe that media, intellectual property and technology law interact constantly and require a broad-based understanding in order to grasp the issues.

Our lawyers involved in these areas are therefore grouped together in one Media/Intellectual Property/Technologies team and have developed skills that are both cutting-edge and complementary.

The team, made up of seven lawyers, is co-led by Hélèna Delabarre and Eric Lauvaux.

The team is regularly recognised in the legal rankings in the media law,  intellectual property law  and data protection law.

Tax Law

About the team

Our experience and know-how allow us to offer advice covering all direct and indirect taxation, domestic and international, both for business and wealth management.

The team of three lawyers, led by Jean-Claude Bignon, assists the firm’s clients, businesses, financial institutions and individuals, both in advice and litigation.

Employment Law

About the team

Through their training and experience, all the lawyers in the Employment Law team have acquired genuine expertise in employment law, to which they devote themselves exclusively. All the members of the Employment Law team work in advice as well as litigation. Most of the members of the team have more in-depth experience and practice in certain specific areas under the broad umbrella of employment law.
