Guillaume Leclair practises mainly in the areas of mergers and acquisitions, private equity, corporate law, contract law and corporate pre-litigation.

He advises manufacturing industry, services and investment funds on takeover, transfer of control, refinancing following an LBO, development capital, venture capital and restructuring operations, particularly at international level.

Guillaume is convinced that legal advice must be based on a comprehensive strategic vision of the client and in-depth knowledge of their sector.
In his day-to-day work, he enjoys teamwork, especially its multi-disciplinary aspects.
