Kevin is a lawyer in the Intellectual Property / Media / Technology team.
After a Master of Law in intellectual property and new technologies, he chose to supplement his coursework with solid training in business law by obtaining the Diplôme de Juriste-Conseil d’Entreprise (a postgraduate degree in corporate legal advice).
Eager to tackle the issues encountered by professionals in relation to business law, he went on to HEC Paris to obtain a Master’s degree in International Law and Management.
Before joining Nomos, Kévin also gained experience in North America, in law firms in New York and in Montreal.
He works both in consulting and litigation on issues related to intellectual property law, personal data and the Internet. Kevin assists French and foreign clients, particularly professionals from the media and entertainment, Internet and e-commerce sectors.
