Bettina joined the Nomos firm in 2014.

Before becoming a lawyer, Bettina began her career with the Thales Group as a lawyer in social law.

Following an extensive career in business, Bettina has been practising law since 2008, and since then she has been assisting companies, particularly in the context of individual labour relations. Her operational approach to cases thus favours a hands-on approach to the HR solutions sought by her clients.

In addition to running training courses and providing consulting in collective labour relations, Bettina also devotes herself to tackling employment disputes. Bettina has thus developed expertise in managing litigation before the civil and administrative courts.
