Sylvie Canonge specialises in French and international corporate taxation. She assists the firm’s clients in their restructuring operations (e.g. acquisitions, mergers, approval applications) as well as in each client’s very specific operational and recurring activities (tax aspects of international contracts, taxable income and deferred tax review, training for financial or legal teams etc.).
She also has a high level of expertise in?taxation of assets and of company directors, and taxation of voluntary organisations.
Her work is divided between consulting and litigation (tax audit assistance, claims, legal remedies).
After starting her career with Arthur Andersen International, Sylvie joined Thomas & Associés, then contributed to the creation of Nomos.
She is a member of the IACF (French Institute of Tax Lawyers and the association 2ISF (International Institute of Fiscal Sciences)
