Augustin Gaujal joined Nomos as an associate in 2011. He is registered as an attorney in the State of New York (2010) and in Paris (2012). Over the course of three years within the Parisian office of an English firm (2016-2019) is developed a strong experience with international clients before returning to our employment law team.
Augustin Gaujal advises in employment law matters both domestic and foreign clients, to create their business, but also to accompany them in the every-day management of their employees and the staff representatives.
Accustomed to a business-driven approach of employment issues – whether individual (employment contracts, termination procedures, etc.) or collective (staff representatives, collective agreements, etc.) – encountered by clients, he provides supports on all types of projects including reorganisations and redundancies (social plans).
