With solid experience working in well-known international law firms, David works primarily in the areas of French and international corporate taxation, mergers and acquisitions, and private equity (legal aspects of corporate and tax law). His principal clients are French and foreign companies operating in the agri-food industry, e-commerce, the music industry and private equity.

In addition, David practises law in the areas of the taxation of non-profit organisations (associations, foundations, endowment funds, social enterprises etc.), corporate sponsorship and philanthropic giving by private individuals.

He also assists Nomos’ clients with tax audits and litigation (auditing of accounts, tax audit of individuals, pre-litigation proceedings, out-of-court settlements an  litigation) in obtaining advance agreement from the tax services with a view to providing security for an operation or a situation (written ruling, approval, comfort letter).

Prior to joining Nomos, David practised law at Baker & Mckenzie’s Paris office and at EY Société d’Avocats’ Transaction Tax department.

David is a member of the French Institute of Tax Lawyers (IACF).
