Hélèna has been co-leading the Media / Intellectual Property / Technologies team since 2002. She began her career in the music industry with the Bertelsmann group (at BMG) before becoming an avocat (lawyer admitted to the Bar).

Her work covers intellectual property, mainly copyright and trademark law, as well as technology law, with a focus on the regulation of personal data, which she has been practising for over fifteen years, with a commitment to developing a comprehensive understanding of the issues.

In the field of technology and personal data, she works in particular with e-commerce leaders and online advertising technology providers (DSP, SSP, Adserver and media agencies). Her long-term support for these companies has enabled her to develop a high level of expertise on all issues related to the use of content and data on the Internet.

In intellectual property, Hélèna assists and represents key players in the media and entertainment, luxury and agribusiness sectors in consulting and litigation. She also works on complex issues in image law in the modelling and talent sector.

Hélèna is one of the lawyers regularly recognised by Best Lawyers, Legal 500, and the Trophées du Droit in her areas of expertise. She is a member of several specialised professional associations, including the International Trademark Association (INTA), the French Association for the Development of Legal Informatics (ADIJ), the French Association for IT Law (AFDIT), the International Association of Entertainment Lawyers (IAEL), and the International Bar Association (IBA). In addition to her other roles, she has been managing partner of the firm since 2015.
