Emilie advises and litigates in data protection law, literary and artistic property law and media law.
Emilie holds a Master II degree in intellectual property law from the French University of Panthéon-Assas (Paris). She wrote her master’s thesis on corporate structuring strategies for a better exploitation of copyright and related rights.
Emilie has experience in phonographic production and music publishing having worked in the legal department of several major record companies and trained in law firms specialized in intellectual property law in Paris.
