After starting her career in the music recording industry, Florence joined Thomas & Associés, and then Nomos when the firm was founded.
Florence has an excellent knowledge and command of all legal issues specific to the recording industry and music publishing sector. She works both in consulting and in litigation.
Florence also has expertise in industrial property and more specifically in trademark law, in the luxury goods, e-commerce and agri-food sectors.
She also has expertise in intellectual property audits as part of acquisitions.
Florence is a member of the French Association of Trade Mark and Design Law Practitioners (Association des praticiens du droit des marques et des modèles – APRAM). She regularly publishes articlesin French and English related to her areas of expertise.
