Well-versed in both English-speaking and European culture through her university studies, Emmanuelle Voisset has chosen independent French firms with an international focus to develop her expertise in economic law: Thomas & Associés, then Nomos, which she joined at the time of its creation.
Emmanuelle works on difficult regulatory issues and sensitive consumer cases (follow-up to audits by the General Directorate for Competition, Consumer Affairs and Prevention of Frauds (DGCCRF), criminal complaints filed by consumer associations, crisis management, etc…). She delivers legal advice assessing the compliance of distribution schemes and pricing policies with competition and distribution law, takes part to high-stakes commercial negotiations, drafts complex commercial contracts. She is also involved in competition, civil and commercial litigations. She regularly delivers training courses for trade associations or clients. She is skilled at adapting her approach to different corporate cultures and works equally easily in French and English.
